Turn right at Schuylkill Road (PA 724).
Turn left at Keim Street.
Turn left onto westbound US 422.
Re-enter northbound PA 100 at the US 422/PA 100 interchange.
Southbound: Exit PA 100 onto eastbound US 422.
Exit US 422 at Keim Street; turn right at the top of the ramp.
Turn right onto Schuylkill Road (PA 724).
Turn left onto Hanover Street.
Turn left to re-enter southbound PA 100.
