Cameras are labeled by location. For example, if a camera is labeled as being located in the EB (Eastbound) Lane, the lanes "beneath" the camera are headed east. Please note that PennDOT often changes the angles of certain cameras to deliver the most relevant view for incidents – accidents, disabled vehicles, a flooded roadway, and the like. This is done to allow responders to bring necessary equipment and to monitor the safety of the situation.
