Eastbound: Exit I-76 at PA 23 Ramps.
Turn right onto East Ford Road.
Turn right onto Conshohocken State Road (PA 23).
Turn left at Mill Creek Road to continue on Conshohocken State Road (PA 23).
Turn left at Manayunk Road to continue on Conshohocken State Road (PA 23).
Turn left onto Rock Hill Road.
Turn left onto Belmont Avenue.
Turn right to re-enter eastbound I-76.
Westbound: Exit I-76 at Belmont Avenue; turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
Turn right onto Rock Hill Road.
Turn right onto Conshohocken State Road (PA 23).
Turn right at Manayunk Road to continue on Conshohocken State Road (PA 23).
Turn right at Mill Creek Road to continue on Conshohocken State Road (PA 23).
Turn left onto East Ford Road.
Bear right to continue on East Ford Road.
Turn left to re-enter westbound I-76.
