Eastbound: Exit I-76 at Belmont Avenue; turn right at the bottom of the ramp.
Turn left onto City Avenue (US 1).
Turn right to re-enter eastbound I-76.
Westbound: Bear left to exit I-76 at City Avenue (US 1).
Turn right onto Belmont Avenue.
Turn left to re-enter westbound I-76.
