Eastbound: Turn right onto River Bridge Road.
Turn left onto Schuylkill Road (PA 724).
Turn left onto northbound PA 100.
Re-enter eastbound US 422 at the PA 100/US 422 interchange.
Westbound: Exit US 422 onto southbound PA 100.
Exit southbound PA 100 onto westbound Schuylkill Road (PA 724); continue westbound into Berks County.
Turn right onto River Bridge Road.
Turn left onto westbound US 422.
