Eastbound: Exit US 422 onto southbound PA 100.
Exit PA 100 onto eastboudn Schuylkill Road (PA 724).
Turn left onto Hanover Street.
Turn left to re-enter eastbound US 422.
Westbound: Exit US 422 at Hanover Street; turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
Turn right onto Schuylkill road (PA 724).
Turn right onto northbound PA 100.
Re-enter westbound US 422 at the PA 100/US 422 interchange.
