Eastbound: Exit US 422 onto southbound PA 100.
Exit PA 100 onto eastbound Schuylkill Road (PA 724).
Turn left at the US 422 junction; bear right to re-enter eastbound US 422.
Westbound: Exit US 422 at Schuylkill Road (PA 724); turn right onto Schuylkill Road (PA 724).
Turn right onto northbound PA 100.
RE-enter westbound US 422 at the PA 100/US 422 interchange.
